Christopher S. Narcisse is the founding pastor of World Victory Church, a non-denominational ministry located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. A native of Louisiana, Pastor Narcisse moved to Columbia, South Carolina in 2004, on military assignment.  In 2005, he became a member of Right Direction Church International – Columbia, SC, where he dedicated himself to service and study for over 12 years. Pastor Narcisse served in various areas of ministry (security, music, men’s ministry, fellowship group leader/coordinator, associate minister, and pastor’s assistant). He was licensed to minister (May 2013), and officially ordained and sent forth (August 2017), by Bishop Herbert and Dr. Marcia Bailey, upon the Lord instructing he and his family to relocate and establish a church in Fayetteville, NC. 

He holds a Masters in Theological Studies – Columbia International University, Bachelors in Business Management – University of Phoenix, and Arts – University of South Carolina.  Additionally, he has extensive professional experience and education in leadership and organizational management, acquired through a culmination of working in leadership and management with the Department of Defense, including over 26 years of service to United States Army.  In 2007, Pastor Narcisse married his lovely wife Ivory.  Together they have two sons, Princeton and Ivan.
